Hi, Subject:- Airtel refusing to accept recharge after successful transaction via Net banking through SBI. Sir, Attachment :- Screenshot of SMS received after successfully transaction detail from SBI With due respect, I have complaint about my telecom subscriber "Airtel" which is denying to accept the recharge which is done successfully using SBI Net banking. Details are as follows. Mobile Number for which recharge done:- +91-[protected]. Transaction Amount:- Rs.21 Transaction Date:- 11.09.2015 Transaction ID:-[protected] Transaction done through:- SBI Mobile App. Airtel Customer Care Response/Statement:- Airtel customer care executive refused and said that "Please contact to your Vodafone service as you have used Vodafone for using Internet for SBI Mobile App". Still, I did not get my mobile recharge with Rs- 21. Please let me know the clarification on that and credit that balance to my number.
