Airtel — deactivation of data pack

I do not how but i have this rs 9/- data pack which automatically gets renewed every month. You how much data it gives "a whooping 20 mb'. This would in seconds if you try to use it.
I tried every option i e through sms, selecting replies auto sms. Their paid sms service. But till now there is no solution to end this auto renewal of airtels generous service.. I think they are panicked with jio and not getting revenue through right ways.
Irony is that even customer care says there is no auto renewal on any value added service. They it must be"airtel store" (Don't whose company is this) however i tried almost all option but solace. I got de-activating service options also on few instances but once send sms there won't be any further reply of confirmation after that
Can any one suggest how to get rid of it.

Airtel Mobile Network (Voice and Data) is at its poor at our residence I am following up with airtel from past 100 days and they keep repeating the same message in 90 days you will have a new tower in your area but its 120 days I raised the complaint and still the same.
Kindly deactivate airtel payment bank and airtel money on this number [protected]
My handset is not catching network i restarted my phone i tried sim in another handset too but no progress i am facing this issue from last one week i already went in gallery but still no resolution provided... revert asap
I ported my aircel sim card to airtel. But when I inserted my new ported sim in my 4g phone it doesn't detect and if I insert it in a 3g phone it detects successfully. Why so?
How to solve this problem?
