[Resolved] Airtel — Deducted my 3g balance | |||
I have recharged last saturday a 10 gb 3g recharge validity till 10 june. And i have 2 broadband of airtel too in my office and my home so mobile data i use very less yesterday on[protected] till 9 pm i have 9.36 gb 3g balance in my mobile but when i turned on net at 10:30 pm my 3g balance got deduct and its showing 0 balance and they deduct my main a/c balance for net use, i tried to call their executive he transfered to senior they sayin i have used 10 gb data they blaiming that i have used all data but the truth is i havent use i have 9.36 gb and now no one is trying to listen me and they said that i have used. Please help me, i am attaching their airtel app showing my data at 10:11 pm. Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel — Existing package are revert when we do topup
