Airtel Digital TV — no response for 12 days and still not responding for disconnection of service

Dear sir,
I am thanuj kumar k. I am the customer for airtel digital tv for the last 6 years. 6 months back i have upgraded my connection to airtel internet tv set-top box and converted my monthly plan into the yearly plan. I have paid for the yearly plan. Now recently i have got some problem with the channels. No channels are coming into my tv. I have called to customer care on 1-may-2018 and complained about it. They have logged a complaint and told that executive will come in next 24 hours and will resolve the issue. No one has come and addressed my issue till 3-may-2018. I have called to customer care and asked about the cancellation as no-one has addressed the issue. They have taken request for cancellation on 3-may-2018. Next day 4-may-2018 i got a call from backend team and told that executive will come and collect the set-top box. Once he collects the set-top box, my disconnection will be processed. I said ok and dropped the call. Later no executive came to my home and no one has responded since that day. I have waited for one day and called to customer care on 5-may-2018 and told the same to the customer care. They told again i will get the call from backend team on 6-may-2018 and they will direct the process. I said that i already got the call from backend team and they told me that executive will come to my home and will collect the set-top box. But no one has come yet. Even though the customer care was not listening to me and telling the same story again that backend team will call tomorrow and they will direct the procedure. Again i have waited for one day and even no one has called me for another 4 days.
No executive has come to my home and nothing was initiated.

I have called the customer care again on 11-may-2018 and scolded for their irresponsibility. Again customer care told me that the backend team will call on 12-may-2018 and will direct the procedure. I got frustrated and scolded again. But they are simply telling the same story and not taking action and not connecting my call to the supervisor also.

I have waited till 12-may-2018 and called to the customer care and told them that no-one has called and requested to connect to a supervisor. But they said that supervisor is busy with their work, so not able to connect. I scolded again. Even though they were telling the same story that backend team will call and initiate the procedure.

I got irritated and irritated and called again on 13-may-2018 and asked the same thing. But the same story that backend team will call me on 14-may-2018 and will initiate the process. But no one has called me and nothing is happening. I have called to customer care again on 15-may-2018 afternoon 12 pm with frustration and scolded very badly and asked to disconnect my service. Even though, they were telling the same story that backend team will contact me and will initiate the disconnection today (15-may-2018) before 4 pm. I have asked to connect to the supervisor to talk about this. But they told that supervisor was busy and unable to connect. I scolded again in the worst manner with lots of frustration for the irresponsibility and no responses. But they are telling the same backend team story. I don't know what to do. Again i have waited until 4 pm. But no one has called me and nothing happened.

I called again to the customer care at 4 pm and asked about that why backend team has not called and not initiating disconnection. Again they told that i have to wait till 8 pm evening and backend team will definitely call and executive will come and collect the set-top box at any cost.

I have waited till 9 pm night and still waiting. I didn't get any call from backend team and no executive came to my home.

I don't understand one thing that how many days you will torture the customer because of asking for disconnection?

What is the problem to disconnect my service? Why are you not disconnecting even after 12 days of the request for disconnection even after calling to customer care for more than 8 days continuously? Why is your customer service doing the very worst job?

No one is caring about my suffering. No customer executive is taking responsibility. No supervisor is looking into my issue. No one from backend team is responsible to call me. Nothing is happening since i have raised a request for cancellation on 3-may-2018. Nobody is responding for the last 12 days.

Is this the way you behave? Is this the way you are training your customer care team and backend team.

Are you the manager for this kind of customer service? Who is the guarantee and responsible for my money paid for the 1-year plan?

What happened to my money for the last 12 days that i have not used your service?

Who will respond to my request for disconnection?

Where should i go to get my money back for the rest of months?

Who is responsible for all these worst services and irresponsible team?

Please answer all my questions and take an immediate action.

I lost all my patience and i can not call every day and could not spend the time to speak to customer service and to scold with more frustration for no response and for no actions from your customer care.

If you feel that you are a genuine manager and genuine nodal officer, could you please take action on this and please disconnect my service and refund my remaining amount immediately. I have to get around 4000/- as a refund.

At least can you please take an action on this?

If you are also doing the same and would not respond to my problem, then i feel that you are also not genuine and i will have only one way to reach police station or would like to go to the court to get the solution.
