[Resolved] Airtel — Fraud by airtel bangalore | |||
Hi, I was using the airtel number # [protected] from past 10 years and recently on 5th sep'16 i lost my mobile somewhere. By the help of airtel customer care i have blocked the outgoing and incoming calls on the same day. After 2 days on 7th sep'16 i visited airtel office near jayadevea hospital bangalore and requested for new sim card. They had collected my adhar card with photo for new sim card and charged rss. 245- and they have not issued any bill or receipt from the counter and told us it will be activated withn 4-5 days. Now today is 19th sep'16 almost 14 days over and still the sim is not activated. Today i visited again airtel office near jayadeva and enquired about the activation of sim card but the story is changed. As per airtel team the sim is registered in some other name and to convert into my name it will take 15 working days and activate the number. Now my question are below" 1. When i purchased sim on 10 years back i personally subimitted voter id card the bought the new connection with proper name and address - why the proper details are not updated in your database??? 2. If the sim was in other name, please share the scan copy of the provided id card of earlier submitted to verify 3. Why rs. 245/- is charged and bill or receipt is not given to us? 4. No proper response from any of the airtel team. 5. Airtel team is shouting on us for there mistake 6. Still how many months is required to get the connection activated. 7. Who will pay the loss of my 15 days transition amount??? 8. Can we get any better response from the team or airtel itself is like this to all customer??? Hi my number [protected] I req u to give me the details of incoming and out going calls for the num...what all the details u required and the documents let me know pls it's very urgent.. Pls it's very urjent I request what all the documents for the process for the requirements of incoming and out going details...details from 1-5-2016 to 5-9-2016.
