Airtel — fraud transaction by using airtel thanks app | |
Airtel care sharing customers details to outer persons, some one called me as airtel customer care and said my failed transaction details and they mentioned that all my details frwd some msgs to me after i lost 10, 300 money from my account, someone one used my airtel app. I asked the customer care how they shared my recent details that means (I complained to customer care 198 regarding my recharge failure) to the third person Now simply they it was not there fault and they are saying that make a complaint in police station Was this information helpful? | |

Nov 04, 2019 Updated by seelam sri siva prasad Once again I complained to airtel customer care 198 about the fraud person on 03/11/2019 Today(04/11/2019) i got call from unknown number once again asking that OTP by telling the details mentioned on 198 yesterday Some of the airtel persons sharing my details or may be the fraud person is airtel customer service  | |
