Airtel — Hotspot not working

Pl help me from 30th Oct i am running to get the unit rectified(Hot spot) ...but none in the Airtel wants to help. 1)Will resolve before 3rd Nov. 2)2nd mail says will resolve in 90 days. 3)3rd mail wrongly send to with my name changed to Rohit Kumar and wrong contact no I am sick.. can some one seriousely help out [protected][protected][protected]-- Dear Rohit Kumar, Greetings from Airtel!
