Airtel — mis behavior of customer operator | |||
Dear sir, I recently called your 198 helpline to request for cancellation of my recharge done through paytm 399/-. But to my surprise even call it as shock that your operator didn't speaked approprately and misbehaved and didnot give any information. Name of your operater is ragnish snd he did not gave any operator number also so that i could track him. I did not expect this kind of a service from airtel. Even if the recharge is not reversable but atleast operator must have some manners how to talk to a customer. Please i want an appologe from his side on personal level otherwise would like to terminate his job so that airtel customers can get faith on airtel.
