Airtel — mnp not processed, mobile number lost | |||
I've applied for mnp from tata indicom (Docomo) prepaid number [protected] to airtel prepaid. Both circle are same: rajasthan (Bikaner) on 20 sept, 2017. My old sim card is deactivated after 2-3 days. But the new sim card i received from your shop, is not activated. Even that new sim card is activated with another mobile number: [protected] I've called so many times, your customer care, the shop, airtel twiiter account and so many airtel guys, but no one is helping me out. So, this is my final warning to you, either do resolve the issue and port my number to airtel on the given sim card (Or provide a new sim), or i've to go to consumer court. Also, if its not resolved, i'll mnp all other my airtel number to some other network, and will disconnect the airtel digital tv also. I am sharing you some details for your reference: 1. Number to port: [protected] (Docomo to airtel) 2. Given upc: tr176633 3. Date of request: 20/09/2017 7:37 pm 4. Sim deactivated by tata: 25-sep-2017 at 22:03pm. 5.
