[Resolved] Airtel Mobile — Cross connection of calls | |||||
I called from my Airtel mobile no. [protected] to a mobile no.[protected] of Tata Docomo of Bihar Circle, but my call was picked up by some lady, who talked rudely. I could no know to which no. my call was connected. I asked her to give phone to some male member. Later a call came from a mobile no.[protected] disclosing his name as Mukesh in response to my request of giving phone to a male member. I told him the no. to which I was calling. He informed me of call coming to his no. What is this? Is Airtel mobile service provider is trying to mislead its customers and putting them in uncomfortable positions. Pl rectify these problems immediately and airtel must inform the reasons to me about above mentioned problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
