I made an online recharge for an amount of rs.179 on 30th october, 2016 at 10:47am and the amount was debited from my bank account but i didnt get my recharge done, i would like to have this amount credited back to my bank account since i have now recharged again to my number. I have made complaint for non working of my landline from date 18/10/2016. And today date 24/10/2016 yet not solved, they promised me problem will be fixed within 24 hours
