Airtel — network problem of airtel company

Sir im student of mtech and belongs to very poor family. My maximum study is depends on mobile internet, like you tube and google.
But from last 4 days, the airtel internet and mobile network of my area is going too much bad, i complaint customer care about this problem but still no solution i found.
Please sir try to resolve this problem as soon as so that i can do my pending works easily...
