Airtel — number not activated after porting into airtel

This is the complaint regarding portability request of mobile number [protected]. My mother is using this number and she is facing worst situation after she decided to switch to airtel.

Firstly your representative called 4 times a day to ask her to port number from tata docomo to airtel by stating that docomo is shutting down (Which is false statement). After-that when she decided to port the number then your team forced to pay bill which was yet to generate so that their processing can complete.

After making all the payments, the docomo services stopped yesterday and no one provided new airtel sim to her. When i called the representative who did all process, she said that the boy is not present to provide sim right now, please visit nearest airtel store.

After my mom reached to nearest airtel store, the lady who gave her sim was very rude. Even when i talked to her she was very rude and asking for payment of sim. Even the cost is only rs. 25 but still this is not appropriate if a person is porting into airtel and person has to pay cost fir sim.

Her number is still not activated and she is facing lot of difficulties in communication. It is the worst experience we are facing because of airtel. I'll make sure that i never use or suggest anyone airtel.

Please activate her number asap and if that's not possible by you then port it back to docomo because i am not going to pay any bill amount in coming future because of this harassment and bad behavior by your colleagues.

I even sent an email stating the issue to airtel but no response yet.

This service has been activated 6 times since my last recharge and it has deducted 49 rs each time. Airtel should be ashamed o[censored]sing such practices to snatch money from their customers.

I have got the Airtel # [protected] in year Mar 2014-15. It was last used on may be a year ago.

23/11/2017 Ko mera rs. 20 Bina kisi vajay ke kat liye. Apne aap hi service activate krke customer ke upr thopna. 750Mb ka 320mb me 750 mb data finish kr dete hai
Text message are not sending through my airtel sim .please urgently solve my problem.
