Airtel — online recharge facility not working for my number | |||
Hi, This is regarding my airtel prepaid number [protected], i tried several times to get the recharge done from various wallets be it amazon money, paytm, and even airtel money. Every time amount is deducted from my card and then i receive sms from airtel customer care stating "transaction failed due to technical reason and money will be credited back in 7 days". I need understanding if integration even in between airtel money and airtel numbers recharging facility is not proper then why customers are being put in pain. Also need solution whether online recharge will ever happen on my number or shall i seek number portability on some other network. Also it would be much appreciated if you can release some manual for all the ivr options which pop up while call is made to customer care number as reaching to any representative for seeking solution is as equivalent to solving mystery of bermuda triangle.
