Airtel Payment Bank — airtel wallet balance (rs.100) deducted for the transaction id: [protected] but not received reversal | |||
Hello team, My complaint details as below: I have an airtel payment bank (Airtel money) account. Airtel money registered with the mobile number:+91 [protected]. Problem details: On 30-aug-2017, one recharge (Amount rs. 100/-) was wrongly recharged for the mobile number:[protected] due to airtel money app hung up. My dad's mobile number was:+91 [protected] when i put this number for recharge at airtel money app (At my infocus m2 mobile), airtel money app was hung up & system wrongly takes wrong number +91 [protected] & recharged on this wrong airtel number as well. — Recharge message (From airtel) details as below: Airtel money transaction successful. Your account has been debited by rs.100. Transaction id: [protected] date:30/aug/2017 19:41. Current a/c balance:rs.106.45. Mobile no-[protected] — Correct number will be :+91 [protected] & recharge happened for the wrong number+91 [protected], After that i have tried so many times to contact this guy, but till now, this mobile number continuously switched off. After that i called airtel customer care & airtel payment bank support team on the same day. They shared a mail id ([protected]@airtelbank.com) for submitting the details & promised me that will refund within 1 working day. That mail was cc'ed both of airtel nodal officer also (They have logged a case number:# 715750 for this transaction id: [protected].). But they are not taking seriously & avoiding as well. I have called them so many times & mailed also so many times. But not responding. They are harassing me each n every time. So this is ernest request to you kindly look into this matter so that i can get back the reverse as early as possible. Thanks! I have recharge my jio number off rupees 399 but the has not done but the was reduced on my airtel payment bank. For that i dont want to recharge please refund my money in my airtel payment bank account. I have allready recharge my jio number so please dont recharge it please get back on my airtel payment bank account..please do the needfull.
