Payment of Rs 1545 made online on Airtel Website for DTH Recharge but Airtel not acknowledging it

I made Payment on February 2, 2017 at Airtel website for my DTH recharge details of which as follows;

Customer ID: [protected]

Customer name: GOUTAM SAHOO

Payment done : By Net Banking State Bank of India

Payment Reference No SBI: [protected]IGAASMAHP4

I called and contacted Airtel DTH customer care at [protected] but they said they have not received any payment and Airtel has cheated me.I will go to Consumer Forum with my case if Airtel doesn't resolve it within 7 days of my complain.
