Airtel — payment refund is not being initiated even after calling several times

I had requested for a new broadband connection and made a payment of rs. 7884/- through airtel's website (www.airtel.in) on 3rd june 2018.
A week after making the payment i got a call from airtel saying the package i was interested in could not be provided to my location.
I asked for refund and provided the transaction id, caf number and my registered phone number. They said the refund will be credited to my account in 7 days. I called them a few days later
To check up on the refund status and the customer care executive said that they are not able to access my profile
And refund process has not even been initiated. They are saying this after 5 days since i asked for refund. Now i dont
Know the status of my payment and they are not even acknowleding that i have made the payment. I even called the
Executive who came to collect the document and he is just asking to talk to customer care. Now i dont know how to get
Back my money. I am providing the details here, if airtel is reading this, please improve your services.

Hello Sir/Mam,
I am trying to recharge on my airtel number [protected]through My airtel app using Airtel payment bank.I loading the recharge amount and it is succesfully done.But the time of recharge the show the msg"Debited from this account is not allow".
Please reslove my issue as soon as possible.

Please block my airtel no. [protected] as my sim card was lost along with my mobile
My land line number is[protected]. this broadband connection though seems to be connected but of no use. signal strength is very poor. please do the needful

I don't want subsidy in airtel bank, but monetarily tranferred in airtel bank.kindly transferred my subsidy in my account
I have done my Airtel recharge through myairtel app using axis bank dabit card of RS 403. An amount was debited from my account 2 times on date 28 may 2018 but mobile not recharged successful.I don't received my balance yet. Please refund my amount back as soon as possible

Dear Sir,
I (Neelam Kotiyal) am using Samsung Guru mobile phone with Airtel Sim bearing no [[protected]]. Today when I am travelling in a city bus I lost my mobile. Some one theft in the bus.
So I request you to kindly block my above said sim to avoid miss use of it
