The team manager and an office staff named thomas came home and gave the sim took my thumb impression and got my adhaar number and told that my sim will be activated on 30th. But till yesterday ie 4.9.17 my sim was not activated. They asked me to come to the perungulathur chennai show room and asked to change a new sim. They gave the sim and told it will be activated within 4 hrs But till now it is not activated Most urgent ; I am in a most urgent situation. All my transactions are locked because of the otp number is this cell number. Medical urgency. Please understand and do the needful in activating. Nb: the airtel person thomas who gave the airtel sim - quitted his job itseems... Iam very much affected.
