Airtel Postpaid Service — services disconnected due to delay in processing of their ticket/complaint | |||||
Hi, I have 2 airtel numbers as part of My Family plan, I ported in 1 more number form Vodafone to Airtel. though, I added into the same family plan, it was not reflecting as one and it kept generating separate costly bill everytime. this was reported from the time this new number was ported in. Followed with Airtel stores, then customer care and then with Appellate office for more than 2-3 months. now when they did not complete the integration/add on number process, I held my payment due to which my numbers Outgoing is barred. I keep receiving automated calls stating the incoming will also be barred. Due to the need to be on-call support for my work, I initiated the payment from My Airtel app using Amazon pay, and this did not give me confirmation. even after repeated calls and sharing the transaction Numbers given from amazon to Airtel, they are yet to release my numbers. If I happen to loose my job due to incoming calls being barred, I hold Airtel responsible and will demand the compensation of my Job salary. my number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
