Airtel — postpaid/ when the company gave the connection, tell some other services and when the number started, some other services were given. | |||||
While complaining by me, it has a big surprise for me that one such company could do the same, Like Selling numbers on false promises. For last around 5 years i was a reliance customer then i switched with the airtel company, while i had good offers from the vodafone and idea too. Still i chose the airtel because a big name. When i took this connection, these commitments were made to me. 1. The plan 399 will be in 299 including all tax for life time. 2. 20+10 gb data will get with this plan. 10 gb after install the application. 3. The money given at the time of filling the form will be adjusted in first bill that was @ 250/- I talked twice about this in 198 and every time a different thing was told. When the first call is said to be adjusted in another bill. And when i call today, you are saying that when the connection is closed then it will adjust. I am an old customer of airtel, in addition to postpaid. I am using airtel's dth two prepaid number already. I have been using it long enough. There is no problem in anyone except above said, but why are you spoiling your name in postpaid? With great sorrow, i have to say that you can close my connection.
