Airtel — prepaid recharge failed. amount debited from bank. no refund so far. | |
Rs.598 was deducted from axis bank account [protected] by citrus payment solutions pvt ltd while trying to recharge airtel number [protected]. Even success message was received. The account balance was expiring on 8/7/2020. The recharge was done on 6/7/2020. However, the service was cut off on 8/7/2020. After this we were told the refund will happen, so to recharge again. My daughter did a recharge of rs.379 on 9/7/2020 to my account, which restored the service. However refund of rs.598 has not been done by airtel/citrus!!! Payment done on 6/7/2020. Today it is 22/7/2020! We have waited enough!! Airtel keeps asking us to call 121/198 but unable to get solution. I am senior citizen! Still i have gone twice to airtel store during this covid time to get solution. No one is willing to help. Unable to open service request in airtel app or on the website. This is a horrible scam by airtel to loot senior citizen who have to struggle to get our money back. They are hoping we will give up and they can pocket the money!
