Airtel — recharge done twice on same number | |||
Date of incident : 16/10/2017please note that i have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with rs 399for 3grecharge data pack. Amount got deducted from my sbi account (I used paytm). But i did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not geeting loaded. I waited for 15 minutes. Then i tried again doing same recharge, it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same. After few seconds the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for data pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of rs 399or you could do the talk time recharge of rs 399. It would be really very appreciable. Your customer support number is always busy, and when i spoke to customer representative he said we cannot refund or convert to talk time.
