Airtel — recharged incorrect number | |
I have mistakenly recharged wrong contact number through paytm and i want to cancel the recharge. Please help. This is important. Please find the details attached. Reference order: [protected] Incorrect mobile number : [protected] I have tried everything to reach out to airtel officers but no luck. Tried contacting on 121, 121, [protected]@in. Airtel.com, Appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com, Nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com But did not get any useful reply, all i am receiving is automated replies. More details: Number i was trying to recharge was [protected] (Belong to my husband) and is registered with [protected]@gmail.com marked in cc. Which i did recharge second time, just after this recharge. And the number i tried to recharge with is [protected] (My idea number) linked to paytm account with email id [protected]@gmail.com. This number [protected] (Where incorrect re-charge was done) does not belong to either o[censored]s and hence we cannot authenticate this number. Was this information helpful? | |
