Airtel — Regarding wrong selection of Operator during recharge. | |
How can airtel accept a recharge on different operater (Vodafone) and give confirmation massage? My mobile number [protected] is belongs to vodafone operator, today i Recharged my number using icici bank NetBanking in hurry i wrongly selected Airtel operetor instead of vodafone, after the recharge get pending i Was pretty sure that the recharge will be failed and amount will be Reversed to my original payment mode, but surprisingly after an houre Recharge showing successful and confirmation message from ICICI Bank transaction I'd[protected], now when i call vodafone Customer care they are telling me there is no recharge done on the Same and contact to airtel, now when i contacted on airtel with txn Number they can't fetch the vodafone number details and inform me to Contact vodafone, Was this information helpful? | |
