[Resolved] Airtel — Regular airtel broadband issue | |||||
I am an airtel customer from a very long time, i have been using 3 postpaid mobiles 1 broadband 1 dth i have always been on time regarding my bill payments and never been a defaulter, but the services provided to me are not upto the mark. Recently i have been facing problems with my broadband, sometimes the internet is not working and sometimes my landline is dead. Every month there is some or the other problem with our broadband for 7-8 days. Recently i lodged a complaint on 25th may 2016 against my broadband, the local team contacted me and told to wait for 48 hrs for the solution.When i asked him regarding the problem he rudely disconnected the call. (airtel local help technician - [protected]) after waiting for 2 days i again called customer care as the local help technician was not picking up my call, they put me on hold for 20 mins and in the end they had no idea what to do.So they told me to wait for another 48 hrs. Again on 29th i called customer care and they told me there is some wiring issue but still there was no solution.Everytime my call was being transferred to a diff section but nobody knew what was happening. I was even told that i will be getting a 30 minute call back from the cust care but no one called, i dont understand how does airtel employ such careless and lost people. Since 25th may my internet and landline is not working and i have no platform left to complain. So i have decided to mail a hard copy of this complaint to airtel head office consumer court local police station you people dont realize the situation you put your customers in.My complaints are not at all entertained and solved.
