I open a complaint on 12 sept and today its 2 oct. and airtel didn’t solve my complaint and customer care tell me i m on special offer my bill is low. And I don’t need to hyper. Bcuz i m on discount plan. Wtf? Mean i m not ur customer. ? Mean my problem is not problem. U don’t have time for me ?

Airtel is very very bad network . Please don't buy it. When i calling customer care support regarding my slow data problem then answered me technical working in your area . Only this answer gives me continue three month but not solution. My area pin code 800006.

I also facing same problem madam and i contact customer care they give..the same ans i cl 4-5 times... Airtel is worst network

One thing i want to say first in this age of compitition i[censored] airtel dont take care o[censored]r customer or piss them off then u are gonna lose.I had a complaint that since last 3or 4 months whenever i take a new data plan I can never use it to download something .never!one useless page comes in front o[censored] saying that recharge successful. God dammit i know my recharge was successful. And the horrible thing is that u can never get past that page.even when i tried to open thei 4g feedback FORUM that pop up showed up again.how disgusting.!and i will show u a screenshot of it and i[censored] want i can give u a screen recording too to show how horrible their network and CUSTOMER CARE is. And one more shocking thing even if i use my phones hotspot in other phone than also that ### page comes up. U useless airtel.

One of the worst experience with the company -I am having issue with my broadband and from last week no one is coming, the way they are handling my broadband issue - i am going to disconnect all my connections in near future and will say the same to everyone reading this post.
It's very poor connection I will complaint so many times but solving the 4g problem Andhra the best poor connection in Airtel 4g my area code 520015. Payakapuram Vijayawada

About validity extension, I found Rs 10/- recharge scheme over internet in Airtel so did the same, but not working this. Thus, found this information wrong and harassing. I am shocked why this company is implementing such things to harass and loot all the public every month, while some people are unable to carry such plans in their mob. Then there must be some criteria for big amt users every month, but not suitable for all the people!!!
Can I expect any assurance towards this request on behalf of the large number of Airtel customers who has been attached to you for long time. Hope for proper reply.

The worst service ever.. Even if we have balance also have to recharge every month for continued service.. if not again should recharge for services.. then why should we use this sim unwantedly other networks are too good than this.. seriously fed up with this network.. I'm really moving to other networks..
I have never seen such a looting network in my life. I have raised multiple requests to deactivate the International roaming but the folks those who work in the call center sleep on our requests for more than 3 months. When I called them back to do a follow up, it was shocking to hear that, I have never called them in the past. I made me pay for THEIR BLUDERS too!!!

Secondly, they are very poor in the process and they don't even tell the advantage and disadvantage of the PACKS. I was given an offer to activate the Umbrella Pack for the UAE outgoing calls. I was shocked to see the bill for the particular month and it was 10K. When I called them to enquire about that, they apologized and said that, the pack was not valid in the Roaming and they forgot to inform me at the time of activation. They also promised me that, they would reverse the amount for their mistakes but for the past 6 months no response for this. Again on my follow up calls, they told me that, the advisor who took my concern did not record this issue.

It is a shame that we deal with such a poor organisation. They are not good at their process, not even taking / recording our requests and not following on their commitments. One thing they are good at is, looting customers' money and cheating them.

Folks!! please don't choose this network. They will steal your money for sure.

I have been sending feedback after feedback after feedback... but my problem isn't solved yet why..??? Airtel is this how you guys treat your customers...damn there is no coverage in our area and I'm unable to use internet and when it's 6 pm don't say anything...my whole network disappears not even 3G/ 2G whole blank and if you guys don't solve the problem then sorry I have to change my network to jio... please take it seriously...thank you..

Yes Airtel really sucks...
I will rate Airtel only 1 star because it is not up to the expectation if have been sending feedbacks after feedbacks but there is no response from Airtel ...they spend crores and crores to advertise themselves but what is the use if they can't provide better network better coverage and instead they should focus on providing better services to their customers just look at their rival jio..they provide better coverage better network..and if problem continues and they don't take it seriously there are lots of other options.. and many better network operators..thank you
