I am using airtel post-paid connection since last year. And, have tried various bill plans already, and with each plan change, there comes new issues in the bill processing, and, i have to follow up with airtel customer care.
There have been some many times when i have been charged incorrectly, or the discounts or freebies that they activated on my number stopped working all of a sudden.
I switched to 399_infinity on aug 1st (I had discount of rs.100 on my mobile from may 2017), and after this plan change i got an email stating that this discount still stand true. However, it was nowhere to be seen in my bill amount. Now, despite many emails they are still claiming that this discount is not active, although i got the confirmation on aug 6th that this discount was active even after bill plan change.
Now, the second issue. Today i switched to 299 infinity plan, and post the activation of this new bill plan, they have deactivated my internet services and sent me new apn settings, and promoting me to buy data packs, although i have more than 43 gb unused data and 20 gb monthly data packs for 6 months.
So, if i have data already and i have data packs too then why should i buy additional packs.
I have written many emails on this topic already, but, no reply.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I was not using my number as I am living outside India for few months. But this number is linked to my bank, gas and other important cervices.
