I have received a message at 11.31 am today stating that i have exhausted 15gb of my quota of 30gb.
I was given 15gb additional data couple of months back during your million broadband connection.
Till last billing cycle i used get messages frequently informing my consumption of data out of 45gb.
When i received your message this morning immediately spoke to your customer care assistant priyanka to find out why this month my quota of my data is reduced to 30gb.
She accepted i am eligible for 45gb and the remaining 15 gb will be added in next billing cycle but she couldn't give me a satisfactory reply for my query who stole the 15gb and kept me on hold and spoke to her superior to speak to me.
Ms. Sindhu informed me that i have consumed 30out of 45gb. If that is the case i asked her send a message stating, i have consumed 30 out 45gb. She reluctant to do that and repeatedly saying i have consumed 30 gb
Also refused to take my complaint informed me to send e-mail to [protected]@gmail.com
I wish to inform that 28th aug 6.00pm with my family left mumbai on a vacation and returned only on 8th sept morning.
Please find out the truth and take necessary action against the culprit.
If i failed to get a satisfactory reply i will decide a future course of action.

    I am using airtel post-paid connection since last year. And, have tried various bill plans already, and with each plan change, there comes new issues in the bill processing, and, i have to follow up with airtel customer care.

    There have been some many times when i have been charged incorrectly, or the discounts or freebies that they activated on my number stopped working all of a sudden.

    I switched to 399_infinity on aug 1st (I had discount of rs.100 on my mobile from may 2017), and after this plan change i got an email stating that this discount still stand true. However, it was nowhere to be seen in my bill amount. Now, despite many emails they are still claiming that this discount is not active, although i got the confirmation on aug 6th that this discount was active even after bill plan change.

    Now, the second issue. Today i switched to 299 infinity plan, and post the activation of this new bill plan, they have deactivated my internet services and sent me new apn settings, and promoting me to buy data packs, although i have more than 43 gb unused data and 20 gb monthly data packs for 6 months.

    So, if i have data already and i have data packs too then why should i buy additional packs.

    I have written many emails on this topic already, but, no reply.

        Hi,

        I have been complaining about indoor network coverage and data connectivity issues at my office location from past 1 year but nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Few weeks back, one of my colleague had also registered a complaint at customer service after which an executive came and he did some tests in his mobile on some sort of application and saved that test log with the complaint id and went away stating that the backoffice team will check the logs and will work accordingly. After 4-5 days i treceived a call from one the representative from airtel stating that the issue has been resolved and they are closing the complaint. I tried to stop that person and tell him that the issue is still unresolved however thgat executive was least bothered to know whether the issue has been resolved or not and he just hung up the phone.

        I just want the issue to be resolved as all o[censored]s at my office location are facing this issue and have filed multiple complaints for this but still the problem is same.

          After recharging for rs 399, l should have been available unlimited calls and daily 1gb net. Here lam getting 4g network but while making calls it is showing that network is unavailable. So lam not able to make urgent calls even if l had recharged. The complaint has begun after recharging for offer rs399. Previously there was no problem regarding calling.

          I got game pind service automatically updated and due to this 180 rs deducted from my account .contacted a lot of executives. But no one helped...pls refund that balance.i want my money back...which are anyway deducted..
          I have upgrade my sim from 3g to 4g but i dont get any data credit in my acc which is 10 gb so plsss credit it and i m trying to port my no to idea but there is no response from airtel about portability

              Hi, my house no is b-190, sector 55, noida. I am not getting signal properly for the last 1 year. Its almost nil. I have complained 2-3 times. The executive comes and goes without providing any solutions. Even they havent installed booster to strengthen the signal. Its been over a year now and i havent got any solution. I have a small baby and my old parents. Reaching out to them while i am in office is very difficult.

              Pls help promptly in this regard.

                  Now i have transferred to raipur chattisgarh at the following address
                  Flat no. 504, block-a, shiv vatika apartment, raipur-492001.
                  In this location i am facing a huge network problem and cannot access internet as well as calling.
                  In this regard i have made complaint to customer service teal on 9th september, 2017. Till now not even a single step has been taken on that.in this period several times i have communicated to customer service team and they have assured that the problem will be rectified within 48 hours of time.
                  They also suggested me to change the port from chennai circle to raipur circle, but even after changing port the issue did not resolved.
                  I am paying near about rs. 3000 per month with no service and now decided to change my network to other service provider. I also suggest to my colleagues to step out from this disgusting service network.

                    recharge done for 84 days now customer care says pack was of 70 days

                    I did a recharge on 19 july of 399 for 84 days. But my plan got finished in 70 days. After inquiring on customer care they said my plan was not for 84 days, it was of 70 days. But i clearly remembered that my recharge was for 84 days.
                    I did the recharge on two other numbers also of 84 days but for those two also customer care is saying that it is of 70 days.
                    They have not mentioned anywhere that the validity is 70 days or 84...

                    I have raised a request for new broadband connection and the airtel executive have collected the document and amount of rupees 500 was paid through online on 21th sep 2017.
                    On 25th sep 2017 airtel executive call me and tell that connection for new broadband is not feasible as dp is full, and i asked to refund the amount which i have paid and they say the refund request can not be processed as that particular executive is not authorized.
                    On 26th sep 2017 i called up airtel customer care for the refund and they say that refund request was initiated by the airtel team. I asked of the reference number for tracking any they have denied to give the same.
                    After couple of hrs again on called the airtel customer care on 26th sep 2017 for the confirmation on the refund, but this time they told me that i need to wait for 5-10 days and if they are not able to provide me the connection then they will initiate the refund.

                    Every time i call the customer care they give me different reasons and they are not ready to take up a complaint or give me any reference number.

                      I recently got my sim converted from 2g to 4g. And i gave my aadhar details ang got sim linked when it is 2g sim. Till yesterday i got recharge site access but today the number is shown invalid. My mobile number is [protected]. And even the network coverage near islampet in vijayawada was not so good and even the charges of netpack and recharge plans were not too good.

                        I have been using my mobile number # for past 9 years. I am using this number on roaming since last year. But it showing inactive since last few days, i came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, demat, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 7-8 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate # as my number

                                This is the address were we are facing super issues -

                                THIS IS MY OFFICE LOCATION WHERE AM FACING HUGE ISSUES.

                                Starting from 14th august
                                you started upgrading your network into 4G (maharashtra circle) but let me remind you, your staff have just totally DEGRADED the network.

                                I ported into airtel because i found your network better as i was able to make calls in every corner of my office.
                                BUT from 17th aug, I am not able to make any single calls from my number being at this location instead of getting all the bars of network 50% times.
                                ya i am able to recieve text messages and sometimes the internet 4G also works if there are all bars of network BUT I CANT MAKE A SINGLE CALL AT ALL.

                                i gave 4 to 5 complaints on 198,
                                3 times visted gallery on shivaji chowk and gave complaint,
                                mailed 10 times at [protected]@in.airtel.com,
                                talked to senior authority on 198 manytimes
                                but yet there is no improvement in your network.

                                SOME REFERENCE NUMBERS OF COMPLAINTS ARE :-
                                79522603, 79043494, 78713818, ETC..

                                AFTER CALLING 20 TIMES IN CUTOMER CARE FOR THE SAME ISSUE, they gave me a number [protected].
                                I called on this number, but call doesn't gets connected they say its a wrong number.

                                ALL the times 198 executives said wait for 2 days network will get proper but its 2 month now there is no improvement of even 1%

                                now teme if i cant make any calls being at office location than why should i pay you monthly rental 349/- ?????
                                without using units i have to pay the company 349/- per month ???
                                just wavier me the rental of both the months. because this is wrong as i am not able to make calls being at office. obviously i cant move out on road outside evrytime to make the calls

                                the executive of airtel gallery in our area simply says that all the network work is done but the customer care speaks the work is yet going on..
                                to whum i should believe ????
                                i request you to please provide me wavier of rental till you don't improve your worst network because i don't have that much free money like rich people's..
                                The money is earned by alot of hardwork so i don't feel i should give you money cz am not able to make calls just because of your fault.

                                once before a month i got a call from your company stating that a survey person will be coming at your location but yet i din recive any calls from the same.

                                its been just 2months i have ported from reliance or else i would have ported into vodafone directly rather dan being harrased by your network pluss paying you monthly rental of 349/- per month for not making any calls from office location.
                                i just want wavier of my rental or some amount dats it and main i want you to make the network work atleast.

                                  I am on international roaming effective 12 th august 2017.
                                  However, i notice from bill dated 24th aug that i was billed the amount of rs 3999 which is for a month. I have also been billed the same amount for ir in bill dated 24th sept, 2017.
                                  Since i used ir for only about 15 days in the billing cycle 24th july to 23 aug, the billed amount should have been for half the amount.
                                  Please review and reconcile and convey to me by email, earliest.

                                    Unable to call anyone from my phone since this afternoon.
                                    There has been no intimation of any sorts as to why this has happened.
                                    The incoming calls and messages are working fine however I cannot make any phone calls - not even to the customer care and even the MMI codes do not work.
                                    Its quite frustrating to not know what exactly is the issue.

                                    There has been no response(no acknowledgement either) to 2 of my detailed emails to [protected]@in.airtel.com.

                                    The only information I could collect was the screen shot uploaded here.
                                    Deeply disappointed with the service, kindly fix this asap.

                                    I emailed twice to [email protected] on 26-09-17, I got a call and reply from the customer care executive following day, they said it would take time until 4th October to resolve the issue however it got resolved on the same day i.e. on 27-09-17 around 6-7 PM. I don't know why it happened though the issue is resolved now.

                                      I have installed the app in my phone but when I tried to make a payment of my electricity bill it showed me that my account has been blocked and now I feel that my money has stolen. Do something for me. To explain my problem I have to say that when I tried to pay my electricity bill the message shows that my account has been blocked please unblock my account so that I can pay my bills. Thank you
