Yesterday i was transferred amount from airtel bank to my axis bank with imps
But it won't transferred till now and i call customer care rude behavior from customer care this my airtel payment bank account no [protected] it's is transition id

Hello! Rs.300 is initiated from your airtel payments bank wallet to beneficiary a/c xxxxxxxxxxx2483. Txnid:[protected], bal: rs. 57.26. Till now it's not credited to account

Bank hai ki chillar ki dukan

Don't open account in airtel bank
They are not giving interest also
Simply bewakuf banaa rahe hai

    Last week, on 23rd september i changed my 3g sim to 4g sim (Swap). The old sim was de-activated but the new sim is not yet activated. Its been 1 week without using sim.

    I contacted customer care, but it was of no use. Tweeted to airtel presence and got reply that the issue will be resolved but nothing was done. I got no other options than changing the sim card.

      I had transferred money from my debit card to my airtel app and then it was added the added balance in the app could not be used as i had to send them a aadhaar card and it was told to me when i called the customer care as i was not able to pay my electricity bill the debit freeze what they call will be removed in 48 hrs but it was not removed and i was not able to pay any bill than i called them again than they said that they need aadhaar card plus pancard and bank statement of the transaction and it was provided by on their email address [protected]@airtelbank.com but i am still not able to use my balance in the app and they say now that i have to wait for 58 hrs which is a harresment to a consumer

        I recharged my airtel number [protected] with 399 pack, its kerala sim. When i came to andhra data is not coming even if i connect to data roaming services, please resolve my issues. When ever i come to andhra i am not able to use he internet on roaming is that airtels fault or the sims fault. Its not the phone fault because i used idea also on data roaming but only for airtel its not working, so i hope this problem would be resolved quickly.

            Dear team my airtel account is blocked when ever i add money in this account. I add 200 rupee in airtel payment bank after add money i want to use money in recharge but it show a error (No debit transesstion is allowed for this account. Your account has been blocked) so i can not transfer anf recharge from payment bank. No one help me for this i contact to a customer care but no help provide me for this.
            Pease help me.

              Recently i have upgraded my airtel 3g sim to a 4g sim. The airtel gallery has charged me rs50 for the upgrade and promised that it will be activated within 2 hours. They have deactivated my old sim but forgot to activate my new sim i believe. When called to the customer care i was told a different reason everytime and are asking for 24 hrs for the activation. When i called them after 24 hours they again ask for 24 hours time. I have been using airtel since 2006. Unfortunately there are three public holidays came in i can't even visit the airtel gallery for quick resolution and these customer care people are really testing my patience to the core. Such a waste service. As soon as the sim is activated am porting for jio or any other network.

                I recharged my pack 2999 on my number [protected]. However when i receive a call i and the opposite party can only hear gibberish. Network at&t. I don't have any other number in the us. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. My husbands number who is in india is [protected]. If this does not work then i would want a full refund as it makes no sense. Totally upset with the service.

                  I send a complain in email on [protected]@airtel com about my data plan which is expired on 30 september. But i recharged with rs. 499 which got an offer for 105gb for 84 days on 2nd september. Due to negligence of customer service by the name lakshmikanth ambekar who don't give any reply for further information. Would you please kindly solve my problem? Plus i have a 4g sim and 4g handset which is compatible on the offer made. If you can't extend my data plan i kindly request you to send me back the money for which i recharge for. And plus one thing i can't get amy call or make a call while i'm using in 4g network. Please if you could resolve my problem, i'll be very thankful to you

                    New airtel 4g sim changed by paying rs 30 on[protected] after receiving a message to change the sim otherwise the services will be stopped
                    After that serve network problem by using that new sim, when reboot the services received for only 30 min, then no network, already talked to their personnel, also lodged complain through mail. But the problem persists.

                          My number is [protected] and iam a postpaid customer of airte under 399 planl. I always pay bill on time without a single month delay airtel has a track of my payment. Today i. E on[protected] i got a bill of 1379.44 rupees, i was shocked to see that amount because my usage was under the plan 399. When i checked the detail bill it shows the data usage of 550 rupees.

                          Now i ask airtel people why u bring new concepts like "airtel postpaid promise" when u cant stand on your words... I have a credit of 21.3 gb data of previous month in which i hardly used 7gb and you people blindly charged me 700 rupees. I didnt even recieved any data warning or any communication niether through mail nor through message. I have other sim jio and have 2gb data daily plan still i use your service because i trust you. But you people blindly cheated me for no cause. Iam attaching my data plan screenshot for your communication.

Now i ask you airtel guys what the hell is this gamepind and videopind... And who told you to activate the service... I want you to reverse my hard earned money and stop the service immediately

                              I have problem while upgrading my 3g sim to 4g sim. I have completed all the procedure as instructed by the customer care. After that i received a message where i had to reply 1 as I did and then in return i got did message.
                              Wrong HLR GOLD SIM, Please try again with Correct HLR sim number.

                                Dear sir/ madam,
                                I have been using the airtel sim for the last so many years but presently it seems that it is better to port to some other network. As i was not able to make video calls from this network and regarding the same i had called to customer care also when i called in the morning the gentleman from customer care had given me a complain no. I. E, [protected]. As the complain was not resolved to enquire the same i had called the customed care again and told all the matter to the lady representative on the other side on the answer given by the lady i was surprised and felt to change my network, initially she me told me that it is a network problem but when i told her that network is very good and it is showing 4g in the network box then i don't know how she told me that airtel is not having a facility of direct video calling and advised me to use third party application viz., whatsapp, facebook, skipe. I sincerly request the authorities to please take a necessary action towards solwing my problem of video calling. And again it is a humble request that customer care representatives should be directed to provide the exact information not all this kind of excuses.

                                  I am very disappointed for airtel customer man they are really disgusting...
                                  Few days ago i took new 4g prepaid sim after few days it shows... Insert the sim... I approached to local airtel express shop to replace the sim... They said i must take postpaid sim... I insist i dont need postpaid... But they replied ok... Server is working come after few days... Whats the helll... Airtel is doing... These new 4g prepaid sim is worst... A lot of people are facing such type of problem... Your man providing damaged sim to the customer... I now i never give advise to anyone to take airtel sim... We are swititching to other one...

                                    I had 3 prepaid number [protected]//[protected]//[protected]
                                    I migrated to all 3 to postpaid.. Since the day i did this mistake i started having network problem though at the same address i m using one more prepaid and one roaming.
                                    I lodged a formal complain with ref number 79803908 on 26th after that i kept getting calls only to check whether the issue is resolved or not. No physical visit was made as promised at the time of lodging the complaint.
                                    Today when i got angry about all this nonsense the executive put a closed status on this complaint with note that i refused a network survey.
                                    I called ur customer care n after holding for over 30 min to speak to supervisor prateek and to my surprise he erased all data about this ref number n gave me other ref for the same 79933926. As of now both ref are showing no records.
                                    Totally disappointed and frustrated with this type of service.
                                    I dont know whether this complaint will make a diff or not but i m definitely goin to port the number to other network.

                                        I am a subscriber of post paid airtel number [protected] for many years.

                                        This sim card is issued at mumbai. However, i have moved to thiruvananthapuram and using it on 'roaming basis' since may 2017.

                                        It is unfortunate that i have lost my samsung handset containing airtel number [protected] and unable to find it even after all the efforts.

                                        I request to kindly block my lost sim card and issue me with a new sim card with the same airtel number [protected] and arrange to deliver it at following address.
