Airtel is one of the most worst network telecommunications in India, it's a big scam they are charging for 4g data and giving 2g data that also not working properly. I urge Indian governments to audit the Airtel company and take a strict action on them, they are scamming the whole nation of indian Airtel users. Especially from 14/04/2020 net is totally cutoff from 12 AM to 6 AM, as if their is load shading is going on till today's date I'm pasting screenshot below of my page to show network. This is my last recharge of airtel i did recharge of rs599 for 84 days. After than will thow it in dustbin. So i suggest all the airtel customers plz lets stop using airtel network. Now its time to wakeup. We are SMART not FOOLISH.

Airtel does not provide any internet services. They only fool people. They have proven that "Barking dogs seldom bites".

I Have recharge a incorrect number and called Airtel Customer care to revert the recharge. They redirected me to Airtel Payment Bank.. On calling Airtel payment Bank they navigated back to 121.
Almost 3-4 time i was calling 400 and 121 which was charging me 3 rs every call.
later i got irritated and asked 121 to raise a complain. After the complain is raised thay have closed it on next day saying its Airtel Payment Back issue. RRCRV5BLR[protected]
Very good way of fooling customer by putting fault on each other and troubling Customer. Both services are of Airtel and linked to each other, than why customer has to spent time & Money for going here and there. Why cant you internally solve this.

Airtel is the worst network I have ever seen. I complained for slow data speed 10-12 times but the didn't resolved it. Airtel only shows the fake analysis of issues been resolved. So please those who ever is reading my feedback, I would like to suggest them not to select airtel network.
My-relative's-Airtel-No.is [protected].On-5/2/20, we-recharged for Rs.149. But internet connection was cut within 10 days. Again on 16/2/20, we recharged for Rs.149. But again the internet was disconnected within 10 days. IVRC does not help me. Please do the needful to restore internet as assured for 28 days.

In phone we have airtel network when we are messaging to other it is showing as "TAKE FULL TALK TIME UNLIMTED DATA" so, it's not correct . If 1₹ is there also message can be sent but it's showing like this . It's a worst network .

I have been facing a DNS issue with my airtel broadband and Not able to access websites other than youtube and Instagram and popular ones, I am trying to reach the support from last 5 days, but still they are just telling that they will reach us. Even they are not serious about the impact that i have been facing due to internet problems.This is the worst case and the service I have faced from airtel fibre support . I will definately going to take a big action on this.

I am really unhappy with your tariff hike. I am unable to bear such huge price hike in recharges. I have decided to port to BSNL as I can't bear to recharge 719 for 84 days. It is almost 120 Rupees hike from previous 598 Rupees. This highly unacceptable and person like me earning only low wages. I have to get my family mobile number recharged for 3 members. How come I should recharge it with 719*3= ? ?????
it is worst even there no option to talk with customer care, they deactivate my sim which have 3 days data plus no comfort facility for user to talk their problem or submit their grievance,
0 raiting for airtel poor and very poor service airtel I advise for airtel close your airtel and don't cheat public and public money.
The network speed is getting very low in the villages so we are thinking of Port evene then for a different SIMI How many times does a helpline help you solve it?
Airtel has very bad customer service. I had activated International roaming pack. I could not call and the pack was useless for me. In USA I could not contact 121 nor any other number is provided. It was simple waste of money. Even email sent was replied back stating email not registered for the mobile number. Funny part is that the same number is registered for Airtel payment wallet. Is email not mandatory for payment bank?? Really disgusting
