[Resolved]  Airtel — Sim Reactivation by Airtel

Airtel's service is pathetic.
My mobile got lost and hence deactivated both my sims (Airtel and BSNL).
Next day, I applied for duplicate sim and requested for reactivation.
Surprisingly BSNL reactivated within 4 hours and India's Largest Telecom service provider Airtel has not yet activated even after 10 full hours.
When I contact the call centre, they cooly say it will take 48 hours!!!

Oh really...shows the amazing speed of Airtel.
I am moving OUT of Airtel!!

I have done recharge for the airtel number [protected] for the amount og 110 through my airtel app on 17/02/17. But the amount was not refund yet. Already i have raised the complaint for this issuse but till now i did't get any email.

can you refund the amount 110 ASAP?

You provide 349 offer for 4g user why can't for 3 g user they got free data we not they can pay only we also paying why you are different between 2g and 3g user.you want only 4g user then stop the service of 2g and 3g users
