[Resolved] Airtel — sim/mnp sim not activated | |
I got my number ported to airtel from tata docomo, while porting airtel retailer said that number won't get switched off but now my tata docomo number is also not active and airtel number is also not active. It was my office sim so now my clients can not contact to me. When i called the airtel customer from my friends mobile number they did't resolve my issue instead after some time they hung up on me. It was so rude. Please help me I have attached the screenshot of the service message received regarding my porting.
