Airtel — taken money 1700 for broadband connection no installation done not refunding after passing 6 months

I applied for new airtel broadband fixed line connection on 18/03/2017 by paying 1000/- cash and 700 rs. Your executive took for landline. Your airtel cff no. - 5089364. The form was filled in the name of surinder bhadana. Mobile number was given [protected]/[protected]. Attaching the copy of form.

He assured me that i will get connection within 48 hours. After passing 48 hours i kept calling your executive that connection is still not given to my address. He said there is some technical issue for which you need to wait for 1 week. I again waited for 10 days. To my surprise when i chased him for connection he said he will not be able to install the connection as there is some technical issue.

He suggested me to fill online refund form by attaching cheque details. You will get your money within 40 days. This is 3 months over till date neither i got 1000/- back nor your executive turned back to take phone for which i have paid 700/- extra. He is not even picking my calls. You executive number is mukesh - [protected], [protected].

I need my refund back immediately or else i have no other option to take this matter to consumer court.

When I try to pay my airtel postpaid bill for number [protected] through airtel money it's showing as account is blocked and when I try to reset my mPIN but I didn't received any OTP to my registered number and also to my alternate number [protected], please resolve this at earliest.
It's urgent !!!

I am not receiving any SMS since Aug. 13 2017
