1st time recharge done for 9940xxxx68 1. Recharge date and time : 04.04.16 at 11.18 2. Website from where recharge was done : https://www.airtel.in/personal/mobile/prepaid/easy-recharge-enter-number 3. Alternate contact number :[protected] 4. Recharge amount :265 This time my amount debited from bank and recharge not done in website and i received email from your website sorry! Your transaction failed due to some technical error. Please complete your transaction now by 11.58 mentioned try again. So after that i clicked the try again button and its gone to payment page i done the recharge 2nd time 1. Recharge date and time : 04.04.16 at 12.14 2. Website from where recharge was done : https://www.airtel.in/personal/mobile/prepaid/easy-recharge-enter-number 3. Alternate contact number :[protected] 4. Recharge amount :265 Transaction id[protected] Amount (Rs.) - 265.0 Due to your mail only i done the transaction again. Due to airtel miscommunication mail only i recharged twice in airtel net pack. First i recharged waiting for the confirmation mail but that time my amount debited from bank and recharge not done in website and i
received Email from your website Sorry! Your transaction failed due to some
technical error. Please complete your transaction now by 11.58 mentioned try
again. So only after that i clicked the try again button and its gone to payment
page i done the recharge 2nd time. Due to airtel mistake customer need to get punish. As discussed with Mr.Baskaran on 4th he said we wil return back the cash to your account over the phone. Kindly do the needful there is no mistaken in my side.
