Airtel — unfair recharge issues with airtel

Myself puneeth, i've recently got a refund from airtel as they've given me the wrong information after that now my recharge pack ended and i want to recharge with 499₹ pack which provides 2gb data per day but i don't have any option to recharge through ivr, so i called customer care service. They said they couldn't recharge with 499pack instead they can do it with 448 which is 1.4gb per day. I called them a few times to register a complaint. I've been said that i'll get a callback from them within 3 days but i didn't get it. I've ₹636 in my main account and they couldn't do it. I talked to supervisor and she said that she can't help. And refused to take complaint and give me the docket number. There's lot of time wasted for me in the process. What is the use of refund if i can't use it?. I had asked for a 16mbps plan in airtel but the actual speed is 2mbps(by ookla). This is my subscriber Id:[protected]_mh (dsl). If i contact customer care they would ask for service charge of 200Rs. for a fault of theirs.

Pl revert immediately or else serious actions would be taken.

Airtel has automatically started superstore service on my number [protected] without my consent and deducted 25 ruppees from my balance.

Hello sir, I am Airtel customer... in my Airtel mobile services like Lifestyle and UPLAYPORTAL started without my authorisation.they started those services and debitted money...they renewed the services, eventhough i opted to stop them..they charged upto RS.300 for those services... kindly ask them to reimburse and stop those services forever...
