Airtel — unwanted calls and messages afet DND services

I registered DND service for my Airtel sim but receives messages from ICICI Banks and State bank of India regarding the credit card payment every month I have made complaint to both the company but still receive the same which I have nothing to do with credits cards payment from these banks, also receives call asking for person called S. kapoor, please take this complaint into account as after number of attempt it continues.
