Airtel — upi transaction failed money not refunded to bank account | |
I paid my airtel bill on 30th march using google pay and the transaction failed. Assuming that the money will be refunded to my bank account i made another payment for my bill via myairtel app and completed the transaction. However, it has been 30 days now and the money is not refunded. I confirmed from hdfc bank that the amount is credited to airtel and then spoke to customer care, nodal office and twitter support but they have not resolved the issue. This is a real blunder from airtel.
