I didn't just write you to get the refund of rs. 15.

I wrote you clearly informing that i didn't even touch the phone, let alone activating any service and when called you to complain about it, the complain manager misbehaved and disconnected the call after 33 minutes without resolving the complain.

I demanded the compensation, first for activating such service once more without my consent, and then when i promptly reported it to you complaining about the same, misbehaving with me by disconnecting the call without addressing it.

In response to you offering me rs. 15 refund, i told you that it is my money that you've taken from me by cheating me in the name of some service which i never activated, and there are similar complains from hundreds of airtel users in this month itself. I refused to accept rs. 15 refund without compensation of rs. 100 as demanded for the whole trouble, and i also refused to stop it when i didn't start it in the first place.

You also mentioned about putting me into some list like dnd but i fail to understand why do you create such categories on your own that compels one to opt explicitly when one hasn't demanded not to be in that list in that list.

If i don't get rs. 115 refund and compensation with the matter addressed in full by the close of the day today, i will be compelled to report it to the concerned authorities first thing tomorrow.

Hi,

I didn't start videopindw but i received a message at 12:26pm today that it is started and the balance of rs. 15 is deducted from my account. Unless i stop it, it will continue with daily deduction!!!

When i called to complain, i was told that you've sent me multiple confirmation at 12:25:10 and 12:25:17 to activate this service post which you've activated it!!!

I wasn't even awake at that time, neither my phone was in use and as soon as i saw the message, i tried to call you for complain!!!

Your complain manager's argument was that you don't activate any service on your own but you've activated multiple services multiple times on my phone i. E. Caller tune or hello tune or voice message before the call is connected etc.

The manger lied blatantly and made me argue it without any answer for 33 minutes before she disconnected the call and didn't bother to call back either!!!

I also tried and draw her attention to multiple such complains about airtel starting videopindw service on other customer in the current month itself without the consent of the customer to which she didn't give any heed!!!

One more time i observed the pathetic service from airtel.

I want my balance deduction back with a compensation of rs. 100 failing to which will lead me to initiate a formal complain with the concerned authority.
