Airtel — volte not working | |||
Myself pradeep kumar gupta holding an airtel sim having number [protected]. Regarding this complaint i have contacted the customer service where they had asked me to do a couple of changes which was all done. Firstly i made sure that my handset samsung galalxy s8+ is compatible for volte. I have also inserted the sim in slot 1 and made sure that the network settings in my mobile is fine. I have also switched on the volte option in my device. So now i had to place this mail in order to solve my problem. I hope that you look into this matter immediately and solve my volte issue as soon as possible. Airtel do not let yourself down in satisfying the customer problems on time with proper solutions. Very bad network connection.is it not 4G speed this is 2G.
I had rechrged through airtel app and paid through google pay the payment completed but recharge not done. I tried to contact them many times but no success.
Mobile signals are not showing in cellphone from last night (24/01/2019), unable to make/receive call and messages.

I have got the bill for the first month as 741 rs.
that includes one time charges as 300 and services tax as 114 .. what does that mean .. I need pay 414 extra here .. I don't understand
