Airtel — wallet/cashback related issue | |||||
I have ordered 2 product from myntra onn 14th jan 2019 and selected airtel payment bank option as they are providing cashback facility total payment i had done was rs 1828/- and i received cashback of 182/- from the airtel in my wallet. After receiving product from myntra i found on of my product was defected so i returned the product and request myntra for refund and same has been given by the myntra. I received msg from airtel saying you have received a refund of rs 779/- your updated account balance is rs. 779.15. But, when i checked my balance it was rs. 596.35/- i called to customer care on 400 and they are saying as you cancelled your product we have reverse your wallet amount rs. 182/-, i told them if myntra is giving me rs. 779/- then why you're not crediting the same amount. I also told them it was defected product that's why i returned that product one product is still with so at least you give me 50% of the cashback. I am asking for at least 50% cashback as my product value was 1828/- and i have returned the product with the value of rs. 779/- only. Request to you please take care this query. Thanks!
