[Resolved] Airtel — Worst service and customer care | |||||
Hi i have been chasing for the problems to get resolved with the technical team. Technical assistance are least bothered to hear to the customer and moreover the customer care people dont have minimum knowledge to inform the customer, when it gets resolved. Spoken to so many like Chaitra, Neelam, one Mr Sridhar is least bothered and moreover hes saying it happens so. what is this level of courtesy you people have? small companies are flourishing well because of their service and gratitude towards the customer. i have been a part of airtel from the past 8 years, today am feeling i have taken a wrong decision to get used to it. ACT TV, HATHWAY these people and small brands like TIKONA are doing well with their service. i dont have other words to express of the type of service and the hell your showing to the customer like this. i never expected this from these guys. worst worst and worst of all time. Moreover executive is saying me to complain anywhere to whom all you want, this itself creates they are thinking that they are monarchy in this industry. where pride goes there will be a sudden fall which they are missing their basics.
