[Resolved] Airtel — Wrong information to switch airtel | |||||
Airtel agent called me and explained the plan details which is 6GB 4G for 499plan, though I am using Vodafone postpaid with same 499 plan with 4GB data, he convinced me that I will get extra 2GB.Once porting and change of network happened I saw that they give only 3GB data. Regarding this I spoke to airtel customer care, he confirms only 3GB only, pure cheating, hope I get justice in this issue. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
