Transformer failed on 0708021 but regreat to inform no action have been taken yet even after so many complaints to the local Gss office. k.no.[protected]

So many time tried to the local office for help but non of them cooperatted. so request you please take a quick action for making the supply normal. factory is bearing losses for non working due to this.

There will be so much taxes apply in our electricity bill as Fixed Fee (sthai sulk) of Rs 6000, electricity Fees on present use of Rs 1247, water conservation tax of Rs 311, Urban tax of Rs 467.70 and Other Tax of Rs 253.18. So please take a genuine step against these type of heavy taxes.

We are in problem from this type of bill.

Light ka baar baar on off hona

Bill of this month is too high from last month, why?my regular bill is aprx 900to1200, but this time is out of readings, and me n my family don't live there, so why this is too high?

My name is motiram sau. My meter no GP8096768. There is no electricity in my house from 3 days. I had made complaint telephonically.

my name is kusum sharma and i want to register my complain regarding meter issue and as well as not proper reading of meter by your staff..

1=from last 6/8 month the bill amount raised very high beyond our expectation as the staff not come for reading the meter..Suppose bill raised for 2 month but staff come only 1 month for reading and the next month they automatically calculated the units by their own without physically visit..And sometime they dont come..The consumption of electricity/units we used is not so much. As it is come in our bill, the units is raised very high, , so i request you to please send them every month for proper reading of meter.

2=now a days the speed of the meter increases and its moving very fast..May be its for some technical issue..So please send your staff for resolve this problem as early as possible...If necessary please change my meter.

14th July, Iregistered a complaint on 14th July 2021 regarding the fluctuation of voltage which last for three continuous days, after requesting a lot for two days, the power house people (lineman) came to my house on 16th July in night for checking but instead of checking, they scolded at me and my mother very badly. They just went from our house without checking the electricity issue and we were all without no electricity for that whole nigh including my mother who is 60 plus.
Next morning 17th July, they came and just tightened the joints, which took them less than 2 minutes and the electricity came.

29th July 2021, I registered a complaint at 4 PM for no electricity, the power house people said that they would come within a few hours but nobody came. After taking multiple follow-ups and going to the power house office, the lineman came to my house after 8 PM and asked me to put another request for changing the service line which I already brought.

Next day July 30th, I put a request for line change at 9.30 in the morning, but after taking dozens of follow-ups and going three times to the power house, the lineman came after 7.45 PM.
The lineman put the service line into my meter but before that, he just broke our meter board, on-off switch of the meter in anger, and finally said in anger that it is the issue of the meter, not from the line.
He went with his team, he didn't even kept the meter properly and kept the meter in hanging stage.

I put a request for service line change in morning 9.30 (30th July), the lineman came at around 7.45 PM.

He although connected the new service line to my meter but before that, he broke my meter board and the on-off switches of my main meter. The light didn't come after that and they went without resolving our concern, and we are still without any electricity for almost 2 days.

Please take an strict action against it.
