Dear Sir,

It is intimated that my Home (Rural connection)Electricity meter is not working properly since last 04 months. No meter reading is displayed at the meter reading board. In spite of that bill is being generated by your esteemed agency. Billing amount is almost Rs. 2600.00 for two months.

It is requested that the electricity meter be replaced/ repaired at the earliest. Also, your agency be guided to generate the bill according to the meter reading.

Your favorable action in this regards is highly solicited.

we are facing electricity problem from last 13 days, no current at my home, regarding this issue i have raised a complaint number on 1st october and complaint number was[protected], this complaint was automatically closed by your side without any solution, no person was visited at my home, again i have raised a complaint on 10 october and complaint number is[protected], and yet not resolved my query, we are living without electricity from last 13 days, please try to understand our problem,
we are paying our bills on time and yet no dues are pending from our side,

Hello! I am from village Kunda post Rama & district-Rajsamand, 313202. In my area we all facing power cut issue from long time but this time this is not tolerable anymore. We can’t do our daily routine work and we even can’t sleep in nights. From last few days we just get appx 4-5 hours of electricity supply in a day which is poor condition. We are facing whole day power cut issue without any notice which is illegal so kindly check or do needfull and supply your best electricity to us as soon as possible.

want to bring at your notice that in rural area, power cut is happening frequently and for long duration even power back up isn't suffice to fill the gap.
everyday at 7-9 PM power cut is happening in my area where at this crucial time it is required mostly in kitchen to cook and without power not able to stand in front of burner and face heat without aid of fan or cooler in such hot nights plus heat of burner.
if not understanding criticality of this time power necessity, i would request to the respective person to go and cook for their family without aid of any cooler or fan or AC.
please look it into this matter and resolve this particular time power cut 7-9PM.

I am resident of neem ki dhani, vill bamlash, dist jhunjhunu. One power house is located in Neem ki dhani, main power house in Gudha gorji, sub power house - Titanwar. I, Hony Sub Maj Amit Kumar (retired)) have applied for agriculture electricity connection on 02 Feb 2021 and deposited its security to your office) on 12 Mar 2021 vide receipt number 112991. Till the time, neither said connection did not release nor security amount refunded. However, subsequent connections have been issued during Aug 2021. Moreover, I have applied for refund of security deposit through personnel application which was handed over personally on 10 Aug 2021.

3. On expiry of over 50 days, lodging a grievance at Rajasthan Sampark a call received from AVVNL, Jhunjhunu official mobile number [protected] on 28 Sep 2021 stating that security refund has not processed till date and I have to deposit some documents again, which is not understood, as I have already deposited all requisite documents on 10 Aug 2021.

4. Therefore, kindly let me know the reasons, as to why agricultural electricity connection has not been released to me and why my security amount holds over six months.

5. Keeping in view of the above, kindly release security amount along with reasons for delay in agricultural connection as well as release of security amount.

Messages regarding Wheat and Rice received by me is coming on my mobile number is coming from Ajmer vidhut Vitran Nigam limited.
I have not receiving any such items personally ever and neither registered my self to receive such food items like rice & wheat.

Please enquire who is receiving items on my behalf and message is coming on my mobile number.

My k no is[protected]. I am paying every bills of this k no. But this month is payment show as a108568.00 how this happened . I am not use electricity in my house for 5 years . Generally I pay monthly charge of Bill as 200 rupees . So I request to you please check this bill status and solve this as soon as possible.

It's been 5 days since the lights of my house have gone, I am trying to get the complaint done but the customer care number is not working.

I am raising this complaint against Maurya Motors Private Limited for selling me a defactive bus details mentioned below and other necessary details.

I have purchased a new chassis LPO 10.2/5 AC (BR01PM 4592) on 20-July-2021 from Maurya motors and sent it to an external body maker for body work, and delivery of the vehicle is done by the Dealer to the body maker.

When I took the delivery of the vehicle from the body maker and while returning to my home, the vehicle started to creating problems. I have to stop after every 30-40 mins as the Accelerator was not working properly and vehicle is not running.Rather then returning to my home I directly went to workshop Maurya Motors Private Limited in Bihta (Bihar). They checked it and confirmed that everything is ok . When I returned to my home next day the same problem occurred in the morning. This time I contacted the to Maury motors workshop patna they told to me bring to bus to their service center in patna. they kept the bus for 2 day and said our Engineer will came next day and check the vehicle. After 2 days they returned the vehicle and said that everything is fine and again next day the same problem occurred and again I wen to tata motors workshop in Bihta. This time they said the urea tank have some problems and need replacement. I told them to do so but to my surprise that tank is not available in the workshop neither in patna as informed to me by the service center.

The bus is in Service center from 19-Sep-2021 and several deadlines have failed for the defactive parts arrival and result in non-operating of my bus and financial loss.

And i am looking for a compensation from the Dealer for the financial loss that happens because the bus is not operational from[protected] and still my problem is not resolved after multiple visits to the workshop as I am paying to the banker towards the EMI and Bus staff and already paid the taxes of the bus for the quarter.

I have paid my bill on 18th september of amount 6, 75, 647 via internet banking. But the transaction got failed and amount is still not refunded in my account and also electricity bill still showing pending.

Sir,

In our village your local supervisors are not taking actual reading from meter and publishing ideal reading in bill.
In our bill (July-Aug-21) meter reading not taken by concerned person & now in current month Aug-Sep-21) all previous reading complied and released the bill with additional bill charges.
Results of this our all charges have increased due to two month reading published in a single month and consumption o[censored]nits have increased due to negligence's of meter reading taker.

So requesting to you plz look into & depoute a person to resolve the issue and advise to revised the bill.
