My house is completely closed since July 2020 but still i m getting electricity bill of 700 Rs to 900 RS every month. I did complain in local area office also but still issue is not resolved.

To complain about the high amount of electricity bill in my house My home electricity bill K number.[protected]

Sir, the electricity bill of my house has come very high when every month the electricity bill of my house comes under the amount of one thousand rupees to two thousand rupees. But this time eleven thousand eight hundred and forty five rupees bill was received. So, Sir, I need full information that this time there has been such a change in the amount of electricity bill at the same time, when there is so much electricity in my house and we do not use other appliances which will use more electricity. Huh. Sir, I humbly request you to take care of my complaint and solve my problem. Thank you

Wrong meter reading taken by officer and harrssing with higher amount of bill issue.
Attached is current meter reading in photo and vedio.
Kindly take immediate action and correct my bill as soon as possible.

The connection is in the name of Rati Ram.
We have given a written complain for meter is not working from last 3 to 4 month.
Also visited the office several times but there is no one taking the complain seriously.
The bill was almost 1800 Rs whereas only 2 people are staying and all the house have connection with LED. When asked about the bill the officer told that when meter will come then will reduce the amount. Because of this we have not even paid the bill and in return penalties will be added in coming bill. Request to exchange the meter and settle the amount accordingly.
Please resolve ASAP otherwise will highlight the issue on social media and to consumer court.
My father is uneducated he visited multiple times and no one is responding.
The way they answer that was pathetic

My electric meter is not working properly. He is quite old, he has to change.

I am facing power cut due to fault in power cable from electric pole to my house. Please change the cable as soon as possible.

The current reading in the January 2021 bill issued by the department in No.[protected] is 1652 while the current reading as per our meter on 14 January is 1479 only, so please amend the bill amount, photo of meter drawn on 14 January Is attached to the application.

It is intimated to your good self that electric supply line wires are hanging very badly in front of my house located at :-
Address:- plot no C-2, road no 1, santosh nagar, Gariyawas udaipur-313001.
Any body can easily touch the hanging wires, any accident can be happened shortly in near future. You are again requested to kindly got tightening the wires between two electric poles at the earliest so that any accident can be avoided.

We are living in 881, pooja nagar, hiran magri sector 4, udaipur. We have made complain 2-3 times regarding meter is not working. Meter is completely blank and our consumer number:[protected] is register with Laxminarayan verma. 3 Phase meter is required. Kindly change the the meter immediately. Please do the needfull.

Please help me for my bill purpose.From last 2 years I don't have light in my house, We survive in light of torch or candles.I have a bill of 35000rs, My mother has gone to our village powerhouse to request for light but they dont even try to understand our problems.As we all know Sir in this pandemic no one has job in outer field cause of which we are really surviving very hardly.

I know its our fault that we didnt paid on time but Sir seriously I dont have father and my mother use to work in school which she got 8000rs and I dont have job.So how We can pay overall money at one time its too difficuit for us.We have requested GEN Sir too any times and asked them that can we our bill in 3 EMI so it can be easy for us also but after every discussion he denied and told us to pay money in full amount den only they will give us light.

Sir Please look into this matter if there is any possibility please do something for us.We are poor people not that much rich that we can fulfill all the money at same time.

It will be very helpfull if we will get some help from your end.

1. k no[protected] correct names/o kalyan singh instead phateh singh & mobile no[protected]. connected load is also 5hp instead of 3hp.

2.k no[protected] month jan20 bill not showing correct detail at urja sarthi app

3.k no.[protected] correct name as ummed singh instead umeed singh & also mobile no need to update as [protected]

Increase connect load 3kw from 0.2 kw & also correct supply voltage as 230 volt from 400 volt

I complained again and again that my house electric meter reading is not visible. But no action taken till date. I got 5 Time bill with 0 zero reading. I paid all bills in time on line. If meter is working, reading should be mentioned in the bill.
Please take necessary action. In this regarding i have given written complain in NBH Office but no action was taken.

MY energy meter is not working and even after complaining also it is not being changed and complain was closed in the system. MY last electricity bill was issued without any final reading of the energy meter. Last issued bill for the Month of Nov & Dec, 20 was abnormally high compare the the same period of 2019.
