Dear Team,
5 month before I purchase a flat in Ajnara Legarden

From the first day I inter in my flat I saw lot of issue
Like water leakage
Seapage in walls

Mazor issue is electricity issue till now I did not get a meter yet
25 days befor the given me
Meter display
From that day my meter is not working many times I complaint in maintanence no issue resolved yet
Maintenance people are too roude they all are not doing there work properly
No one ready to listen
If you call again they started shouted on us

Sir I. Ajnara le garden iam too disappointed by maintenance team

Sir we thout it's a dream house but nothing like that

Is it my mistake to purchase a property sir.

Maintenance people are saying continually we have more complaint after that electrician will come but after long wait no one came and they said now duty is change another electrician will come

From the first day iam facing the maintenance issue

They don't even care about the complainant

Electricity issue is on priority

Please to update you that about 20 numbers stray dogs are creating trouble, running behind the residents/barking and chasing small kids. It is very scary for the residents staying at Ajnara Le Garden, sector 16 Greater Noida. Kindly do the needful and remove them from residential complex at the earliest before they hurt the small kids and residents.

I have booked a flat on ajnara le garden(Tower -O, 12A02) project in year 2015.and Still i am waiting for possession.even i have paid all my pending amount before 7 month back. But still there is no progress in my Flat.I tried to communicate with CRM team with Phone/Email but they did not give any response of my email.
I just want to know why they are not started work on my flat. and when they are ready for hand over it.

We have booked flat in Ajanara integrity phase 2, O tower in Oct 2018, they are not giving exact date for possession and not even replying on mails when asking about date. No info given even from main office noida, already paid 75% amount and now they are not refunding money when asked for .

I have purchased a flat 2years ago in Ajnara Ambrosia, flat Delivered date is Apr-2020, but till date not received any possession and all no's are not reachable we have visited so many times but no improvement, infect today also we visited they r saying to us u have to wait 5 years I was shocked bcz at present I m liveing on rent. it's a fraud builder they r purchasing more and more properties for new projects but old projects not completed yet plz request to media press, please expose to them and help to inocent people's.

For any kind of work related to maintained team of Ajnara Daffodils like suicidal attempt. So arrogant and deaf. Its been 3 days asked for just update in the electricity meter increased kv.

supposed to be delivered in Dec'20, later extension taken and supposed to be delivered by jan'21, but no update

Also have received mail from some personal bodies mentioning Ajnara do not have money to invest in Ajnara Integrity.

firstly please check who have given my personal mail IDs to this personal bodies from your team as this is offence

secondly pleaae confirm really Ajnara do not have money to invest in this project further, I heard a big name of Ajnara so kindly do not spoil your name by this please

also share date of possession, sharing NOCs and Registry please

I have booked a flat in Ajnara Le Garden in June 2016. They told that possession will be given in 2019. It has not completed its construction till now. When will they give possession?

I am currently living in Grand Ajnara Heritage sector 74, Noida. There are 5-6 Street dogs roaming in my society and no one is there to take a stand because some residents of the society are against of the dogs removal. So here i am taking this step from all the persons who got afftected by these dogs. 3 days back i was cycling in the society and a dog ran behind me and it happened today also. Its my request to remove them asap from the society. Yesterday i dog bite a person, he uploaded the photo on forum.

I've booked Ajnara city- Khel gaon project in 2016 but Ajnara has not informed us about any construction update and its abandoned, there is land dispute but they are not accepting this, finally they told me to refund the invested fund so I've done all the formalities but after 2 years there is no response from their side, more than 100 mails and 100 call but no revert,

Ajnara India Took 90% money 26 Lakh and supposed to deliver the project 2018 Sept but still there is no sign of construction also the employee not responding any mail call or sms

As I had booked a Flat in O tower in Ajnara Intigrity Raj Nagar Extension. I had made the payment of 3, 31000/- to Ajnara against my Flat booking the 10% amount. I had to cancelled my flat due to delay in work. Not a single inches had proceed after I booked the flat. So i had cancelled the flat and ask them to refund the amount. As per their company policy they will refund after 180 days. I waited for 180 days and now when i am emailing them they are not replying to my any emails or they haven't yet let me know when can i get the refund of my hard earned money. So if any one is there can you please guide me how can I move forward for getting my money back from Ajnara.

I have made full payment of 42 lakhs for my flat H-1401 and visited Ajnara office in Noida on 18th February 2021 for the possession of my flat, my flat is ready. I was assured and promised that they will do the final audit and get back to me in 2 days Aishwarya Negi and Manish Sarwat. No one is responding back now and I have made several calls to Aishwarya, no answer. This is extremely disappointing, unprofessional and frustrating to treat customer with this harassment. Please assist for my flats possession.

We have purchased two flats in Ajnara Integrity project on the name of Gourav Bhardwaj and Abhishek Sharma.
Both the flats are in 40:60 scheme, 40% is already paid in both the flats.

We have visited the site and nothing is moving, construction is in same stage for last 2 years. There is a feedback and even visible on all your other project sites that Ajnara’s all project are on hold due to some finance issue and there is no timeline when it will be resolved.

We want to discuss with you about the way forward, it’s now becoming unbearable for us now. kindly give us suitable date and time to discuss with the management about this and any way to come out
From this situation. We want our home at any cost, it’s now do and die situation for us in this Pandemic condition.

I have booked a flat in Ajnara Le Garden project Q-1904 .As per company representative Mr Umang Arora's email dated 24 Aug 18 to me, the MoU for payment of Pre-Emi by the company in subvention scheme with ICICI Bank was expiring in Dec 18.Therefore it was decided that the Pre-Emi will be deducted from my account and your the company will deposit the same on/before the due date.This however, has not been honoured by Ajnara since the last 2 to 3 years and ICICI is deducting the amount from my account without the company depositing the same as promised.I suggest you please inform it's senior management to resolve this issue and revert please.Reference Ajnara Le Garden project Q-1904.

Last 26th Januray we have finalized two shops (47A) UGF-corner 335sqft, and 46 UGF-corner 335sqft in Ajnara Fragrance, Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad with your sales team Mr Rahul Tyagi & his senior with final offering Rs56.95 lacs each and we requested to accept 40% payment in 45 days and rest 60% on possession against your 50% in45days and 59% in possession and they returned back in first week of Feb. that company is agreed with 40% in 45days and 30% in March 2023 and balance 30% at the time of possession.
And we had given Rs1lacs as advance cheque for each shop with Rs 5lac amount cheque for 5th Feb. on 26th Jan. itself with mutual understanding if proposal accept will present cheque in the bank to make an agreement accordingly for further way forward but last week after my followup they reverted back with silly comment that our project architecture denying that we can't divide the shops in two part while they had given such proposal that we can choose the option of half of the part the shop coz rates were so high and we agreed such offer which they given and close the deal on same day i.e. on 26th January where you were running gold coin offer with first transfer free scheme.
Its really not professionalism and we are backing out with own commitment.
And after their ok i broke my Rs5 lac fixed deposit as well to clear my cheque which supposed to present in first week of Feb.
So urge to look into this matter seriously and alot us the same shop as we closed the deal and given advance and also take action against the wrong commitment by the team which will detoriate your brand immage as well.

I have booked a flat in Ajnara home greater noida west ... 16 B. Tower N - Flat no -1802

It was thru subvention scheme... but they stopped the interest payment from Jan 19 saying that flat will be delivered now and interest will be adjusted in final 10% payment at the time of possession.
Now am not getting any update from builder... all emails are getting bounced.
