Since last month I pursued the aforesaid branch for interest certificate of my loan account for F.Yr from april 2020 to 31st march 2021 by mail or their landline number but could not get connected .After all I called with Chief manager and other concerning officials through their mobile number and whatsapp, But could not get updated loan account interest certificate as yet. At present I am in Mumbai so unable to go to Patna to take loan interest certificate physically.

Amazon india as send me a refund of ₹12, 999 on 1 march 2021 but the amount is not updated in my bank account. Till now i contacted to the bank customer helpline but they are useless. Bank is saying their is some technical fault due to which your amount is not updated till now.
