    I ordered GIGABYTE Z590 D Mother Board from amazon.in. I canceled the order and requested a refund from amazon for which the amazon team agreed and insisted on the refund. Now the problem is, in the amazon order portal it's showing that refund and been credited to my account but there is no amount credited when I check my bank balance. From amazon the amount refunded should be 20850Rs but I can see any credited amount on my bank.

    I got the RNN (Refund Reference Number) from the amazon team which is VCORY6LA0000KV9VFWMR. For which I want charge dispute.

    I have attached all the screenshots which I received from amazon team that my refund has be done.

    Please look into my problem and fix is as soon as possible.

      I am Prawash Chandra Das, Customer of Allahabad bank, Branch- 1311, account no. [protected]-2, branch address- Barsoi, pin- 855102, katihar, Bihar.
      It's a Really bad service provided by the bank and staff including branch manager I am requesting for Adhar link with my bank account for past 6 months but everytime I am visiting to the branch saying link is not available I am frustrated with the such service provided by the bank, this is not acceptable at all, staff are not helpful at all please take an action.
      Other wise finally I have to close my account from this bank.

              Ii is mentioned that I have ordered " sparking beauty multicolor professional foundation makeup" on 21 Aug 21 which could not be delivered to me. Further Amazon has initiated a refund amount of 177.50 INR with the above mentioned RRN id on 13 Sep 21. Further more Amazon has assured that the refund will be credited in my account in 4 to 5 working days.
              However I have not received the refund till date. In view of the same amazon has clarified that the amount has been paid to user bank however the bank has not credited the amount into user bank account.

              I have contacted bank through customer care number/mail multiple times but no prompt reply/ solution of the problem from their side.

              In view of the above mentioned complain, it is requested that the problem may be solved as soon as possible and the amount may be credited in my account.

                  We(Shambhu Nath Sinha and Abhirup Sinha)were the account holders of Allahabad Bank Purulia Branch, SB account no-[protected], term deposit account nos-[protected] and [protected].We had made an application regarding transferring of SB account and 2 term deposit accounts to different branch due to our residential change on 07/09/2021 to Allahabad Bank Hindmotor Branch, 47 A G.T Road, S.Bazar, PO-Bhadrakali, DIst-Hooghly, Branch Code-210549.But till now the transfer is incomplete.Allahabad bank Purulia branch staffs are not helping us on this issue.Please take appropriate action so that we will be benefited in future regarding this issue.

                        With due respect, I am Rishita Mitra one of your account holders of your bank in Kolkata Bowbazar Street (406).
                        I am currently studying in Techno Main Salt Lake sector 5 in Information technology (Engineering). I belongs to a lower middle class family. I took a study loan even to continue my studies.
                        I get a scholarship of amount 60, 000 and also I get kanyashree (amount of 30, 000) in my account at this branch. But l could not operating my account from December 2020 so I gave your staffs 1 time kyc in December 2020 for operating my account.Then after 2-3 months also I couldn't able to operating my account then I told the staff what to do? Then he told me to give the kyc again and I did it, I gave kyc again in April 2021. Then again after my 2nd semester I went to your bank of bowbazar branch but I saw that the staff is changed and now the other staff tell me to give the kyc again means 3rd time and not only that they tell me that they could not find the previous 2 times kyc so is this your bank security sir? Where did the kyc papers go? I knew that all the papers are secure if we give a confidencial document to your staff but sorry to say sir my documents are not secure in your bank and maximum time whenever I went to this branch they told the server is down. Besides, the previous manager is not present properly for the works and man power is very less of this branch. I have big trouble to not getting the money from my account of this branch.
                        So, sir I had many disturbance for this branch. They harass me so much . I need a solution of it because this type of harassment, I can't face before in any other bank of Kolkata . I am a student so I need the money as soon as possible. Please take a step to this branch. My experience is very poor of your bank for this branch.

                                Myself Trisha Shukla. I have had a savings bank account in allahabad bank in delhi. I got married to Kolkata. i had applied and submitted all the documents to transfer my savings account to kolkata ichapur or khardah branch about 5-6 months ago. my account number is [protected]. Now when i went to ichapur / khardah branch they said that account is still not transferred to their branch and when i called or enquired at delhi they are saying that it has been transferred to 4039 branch code. But actually 4039 branch code does not exist in Kolkata. Please help me regarding this matter. I am very much harrased.                                   Due to the merger of Allahabad bank with the Indian bank, my earlier cheque book became invalid. So, I had to apply for a new chequebook and the Indian Bank debited Rs. 295 for the same. Is that my fault that the banks got merged and the IFSC code got changed? Why should I bear the charges? The earlier chequebook has been used only 5% in 3 years. I strongly oppose the charges debited to my account.

                                      I have'nt receive my 1259rs from flipkart. They are saying that the payment has already done by the seller on 19/08/2021 nd it should be reflected on 26/08/2021. But it is not reflecting in my account. They also shared the refund id n refrence id as well.

                                        I have purchased mobile from amazon on[protected] by making payment of[protected] through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on[protected] with refund reference number of[protected]. They even shared transaction id on my request - RQMID3QE0000KRNURTRR. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.
