Dear Sir / Madam
Subject: Cash not dispensed but account debited
On 15th July, in the evening around 5 PM, I wanted to withdraw cash of Rs 10, 000 from my SB account through SBI ATM located at Badarpur, Delhi but cash was not dispensed from ATM. I got a reply that “SORRY TO UNABLE PROCESS”. (Receipt No- TXN No: 6688)
But later, getting no amount dispensation I checked my balance, I found that a sum of Rs 10, 000 has been debited from my SB account. (Receipt No- TXN No: 6689)
On 17th July, i made a complaint at Allahabad Bank, Sec-51, Noida-201301 Branch & the concern person told me that they will be forwarding my complaint to the concerned department for necessary action. & will have a response from them shortly. However I have not received the credit till date.

May I request you to check for this erroneous debit and refund the amount to my account at the earliest possible time frame?
