I have visited Dharapara Allahabad Bank brunch three days ago for Mobile number linking to my account. Three days have passed but it hasn't been done yet. Is this the service expected from this reputed bank?My mobile number is [protected] and my account number is [protected] Therefore sir please help me in linking my mobile number as soon as possible. It's urgent. I can't use internet banking for this inconvenience.Thanking you.

    I have lost my Allahabad Bank ATM card while in transit. I want to block it. I tried to reach out the concerned bank through toll free number but was of no use. So i kincly request you to block my ATM card. The details are furnished below.

    My debit card expired. Please help me to get the new ATM card in bangalore without approaching the home branch (chennai), as I am located now in bangalore

      I tried to withdraw Rs.10000 and Rs 2000 through my Allahabad Bank ATM debit card on 05.07.2018 around 6.30 pm..but the ATM machine did not provide me the cash..and a message has been sent to my registered mobile no. that Rs 12000 has been deducted and I checked my account balance is reduced by that amount that I haven't got..so please refund my already debited Rs 12000 to my bank account as early as possible..

        Dear Sir,
        On 3rd july 2018, i made a payment of Rs.315 to a shopkeeper but transaction not approved by the Allahabad bank Debit card and it failed. in this case amount of Rs.315 is deducted from my account. after this i complain through customer care number and also drop a mail to the customer service mail id of bank. I can't make the complaint in branch due to out of station.
        So please take a appropriate action for this by which i will get my amount.

        I am not receiving OTP for Allahabad bank rupay debit card while doing online shopping or mobile recharge or fees payment
        Also am not receiving message regarding money withdrawal through same debit card .
        Please solve this issue ASAP
        as I am not able to do any online transaction.

          My account is with allahabad bank branch nandwal today 5 7 2018 i was making withdraw with axis bank atm at persendi parve meal.
          I did not got the amount but it was detected when i check my balance.
          My phone number is linked with bank but i not have not received the message regarding this.
          Please look forward on this that why this happened.
          And please refund the amount in account as soon as possible.

            Dear Sir

            Through internet banking i transferred Total Rs 68000 in four transaction from my SBI saving bank account) in favour of Holiday Yatra A/C No -

            [protected] branch, 68 Additional Grain Market, janta Bhawan Road, Sirsa, haryana 125056,
            to book my travel package for Portblaire. The name of agent to whom i had talk is Mr Rohit he has sent the account detail of his company.
            Though, i sent money in the name of HOLIDAY YATRA but bank had transferred money in the personal current account of Mr Gurmit account number is same.
            It was fraudulent on the part of travel agent and deliberate negligence on the part of SBI Bank
            The Allahbad bank branch does not has any account in the name of Holiday Yatra . Why money is being transferred in the account of Mr Gurmit .( why account number and name of account holder are not matched)

            Please help me return my hard earned money which your bank deliberately transferred in wrong account.

                I was doing transaction of my money but the atm shows failed transaction but the money had been deducted (Cut) from my account. I hadn't received any money from the machine it has also shown transaction unsuccessful. Please check it carefully.
                As i have my debit card of allahabad bank and i used the atm machine of my locality which is of sbi. Please do something as i had warm and great regard to you for solving my problem.

                  Sir on 30/06 i try to withdraw money from axis bank atm and my money was deduct from my account but atm machine show system fail and dedyct 5000 rs.

                      The staff is extremely bad behaved, resort to calling customers # and pass condescending remarks. They made a mistake but then bully you to make you believe it's your fault. Also, most of the time the bank doesn't have any link and is out of service.
                      Extremely disappointed with the service as other banks have very well behaved and helpful staff.

[protected] always non working. Manager gives no response on his mobile. It is surprising that despite several efforts no improvement seen. If such lethargy continues i will have to close account

                          The 6000 has been debited from my account yesterday night at 9:30pm. I received a mssg that 6000 has been debited from my account from atm but at that time i was at home and my debit card is with me only. Then how can it is possible tht 6000 has been debited from my account by atm. So please do something. And yesterday i tried calling toll free no but that was unreachable all the time then i send mail regarding this. Then they blocked my card without telling me where the 6000 has been gone. My account no is ‭[protected]‬ and account holder name is sparsh arora, branch amity university.
                          I have complain many times to bank but no response.

                              Sir, on the matter as referred above, i lodged my appeal to my pension disbursing bank at khandwa on 23.01.2018, and followed by reminder on 27.02.2018. I am a retired rly employee of central government. Kindly refer to my ppo issued by the [censored]ao jabalpur wcrly. My basic pension is rs.6380/- and commutation is rs. 2552/-. According to this my basic pension should have been fixed @ rs. 16, 397/- till the revised ppo is received. However, in my case on fixation have been done so far.
                              Requested to have a look in to the matter to be fixed my pension, with arrears from july 2016 to date please.

                                My name is jyoti bala chaudhary. Someone has done transaction of rs 2518 from my bank account without my permission. Today morning, i got a message form my bank that rs 2518 has been deducted trough atm, but unfortunately the atm is with me. So how can it possible to withdraw the amount through atm. So please register my complain and solve it immediately. I have also complain to police and banks, but they are not taking their responsibility. They are just saying that it is cyber crime case. We can't operate it. My branch name is allahabad bank, sitamarhi (Bihar). My account no is [protected].

                                  My name is Neelima Singh. I have opened a FD in your bank in branch Atarra dist. Banda U.P. on date 10/06/2008.. The FD ammount was 20000/- for 10 years and on maturity the payable ammount is 47527.
                                  But now when i went to the branch to encash the FD, bank said he is unable to find the details. I visited the bank thrice but everytime bank saying that he is searching tbe details.
                                  Therefore i request you that please take care of the matter and provide my money as i need it very urgently..

                                        The concern of writing today is that i tried to transfer 4000/= from my jkmpay app using imps feature to allahbad bank account number [protected] imps ref no.[protected] which has been timed out. As the transaction time out screen poped on my mpay app. After 5 minutes of time i received sms stating that your fund transfer of rs 4000 on[protected] is timed out please check with your branch. I checked with my branch they told money has been deducted and as i confirmed from y family member using allahbad bank account he is telling he didn't get any money.
                                        Since money has been deducted and it hasn't yet reversed. Please look in this matter and help me to get my funds reversed.
