Sir,
I am nirmalya chandra, a customer having a/c no.- [protected] (Sb) of your branch. Sir last 15.04.2018 at 7:44 to 7:48 p. M using my atm card in a sbi atm center of atm code : ibbn[protected] and address : suri transamiti more, rabindrapally peertala, suri birbhum, i will try to withdraw total rs. 15000/-. First i withdraw rs. 10, 000/- that is successfully debited and i get rs 10000/- in my hand but second time during the time of transaction of rs. 5000/- i can't get the amount of money rs. 5000/- in my hand. The transaction process was not run successfully, it shows system error but still i received rs. 5000/- amount is debited from my account.
For urgent situation i again withdraw rs. 5000/- from that atm which is transaction ed successfully i get another message that rs. 5000/- is debited from my account.
Now the second time debit amount i do not get in my hand and the debit amount is not auto renewed in my account again. At first i give written complain on allahabad bank : (Tilpara branch ifsc :alla0212602) on 21 th april, 2018. I update my mini statement on apr 26 2018 at 11:50a. M but still the amount i can not get back to my account again.
I try to call customer care no about 10 times but no response from that side.
Being hopeless, i write the message to you for your kind consideration about this matter. Please look upon the matter positively.
Allahabad Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
In your kotak mahindra branch there is a Lady person ms.Ruby who used very abused language with me ..for little amount which I had doesn't idea for paid...sir I want you have to take strictly action against her...i.e. I am very disappointed wd this lady or with your Branch..
