I was trying to withdraw money R.S. 5000/- from Axis bank ATM(Terminal code:-SPCN2655 near Delhi Darbar Restaurant, Amravati Maharashtra) on 2nd February.but no cash came out of the ATM after going through all necessary option. However, immediately I received a sms regarding debit/detection of amount from my account.I waited for some time to see if the amount got reversed got my account but no sms was received. There i kindly request you to look into the matter and credit back the amount RS- 5000/- amount to my account at the earliest. I can't register my mobile number by following the process mentioned by you whether I visited the home bank to collect the ATM card but they did not give me any advice whether told me to open mpower application.
